Personally, I would toss that wheel in the trash.
Is a few bucks worth the risk?
There are a billion wheels out there in EBAY to choose from. A lot of them are guys who have bought new mags, and are trying to cash up the stock wheels.

Takeoff 21-inch wheel and tire combinations sell on E-Bay all the time for around a hundred and a quarter. Watch the shipping cost, some sellers are out of their minds when it comes to shipping.
If you hit something with a wheel hard enough to result in a blowout andthe impactdents the wheel don't waste amoment of your time thinking that the wheel can be saved. Instead of trying to save it just sell it on E-Bay
