Yea, some Dyna's have the Sportster front end... called a narrow glide front end. Mine has the wide glide front and then you have the FL touring front end. But there are some difference in models with the front ends too. Some have 41mm forks (mine) and some have 49mm forks ... I believe there are some smaller forks also.

Yes same frame as a Deuce too. I bought floorboards off a Fat Boy and put them on my old 2004 Deuce.

Softail you sit in the bike not on it. Lower center of gravity makes it easier to ride mist softies than any other Harley's.

The biggest thing with a softail is you don't have those ugly shock tubes hanging on each side of your swingarm.
