He knows I've been looking for him and I want my parts back. He needs to do the right thing. I'm already in for about $800 just to replace my fender and get my bike up and running.
I know the feeling man, sorry for your trouble, I believe in the Forum has been free of this since the infamous SoKustom leather dude tried to stage his own suicide , I did not hear anything negative for a while.
Times are tough and not everybody is tough enough to come through, I am sad to say. a jerk on ebay just sent me a message the other day admitting that when he tried to scam me he simply (did not have the money in his account to refund the money), you kinda feel sorry for him, It is not something to be ashamed of to have no money, it is not the measure of the man, honesty is.
Sorry for the trouble...I've been down that road in the past and there are some people with no shame or respect for others' money/property. Hopefully you get your stuff back (at a minimum).
Hey Rob, do the right thing and take this mans call or call him first. You have to know what a POS this will make you out to be if you continue to ignore and F*** this guy over. People will track you down no matter how long you ignore him or what forum you join. There is a very easy way to track you even if you change screen names. We all have hard times but doing what your doing is NOT how you handle it or to get through it. When talking to you in the past about getting my fenders stretched and maybe having one of those things up front fabbed for me I thought you was a stand up Dude. I am sorry for what you put this guy through but I sure am glad because of this forum that I found out the truth about you before I sent you my stuff. I would not be dealing with this as well as this guy is, I would have taken some vacation time, head to texas and hang out for awhile to see if I could find you and then take my **** back. Do the right thing, call this man and make it right. If you don't you have know karma will kick your square in the nuts one day.
I had someone try to get over onme for a purchase I made through ebay. I called the local sheriff dept and he went to where the guy lived and needless to say we got it all taken care of rather quickly.
