Thanks for the replies. I'm excited to be able to get this dude back on the road.

I made the last tear down pile

Since the primary cover bolts are different lengths I used the old gasket to keep track of the proper arrangement.

I will sandblast the frame next and start ordering some more parts to make it a roller.

Hello there. I'll be using a 51T chain axle from DNA. I'll need to do a chain conversion but since he's in a chair when he's in his garage I want to make sure SMR's on this one will be as easy as possible...and belt trike axle are a terrible pain.

This is going to have to be a teaser pic. I took pics with a real camera but left it at the shop. I'm still waiting on a load of parts but I received enough to mock it up a bit.
