I will be following this build because someday I might be turning my bike into a trike. What engine is in the Rambler behind the mocked up trike?

That is a 69 Hurst SC/Rambler with 11,000 miles. It has the stock 390. My dad bought that car new, drag raced it until my older sister was born then disassembled it. I had only seen it in pics. About 6 years ago I talked him in to digging it all out and we rebuilt the whole car to factory spec. It's just as fast as all of the stories I had heard about it.

mreed, The 69 SC/Rambler is my favorite car. I had a 1970 Hornet that had an AMC 390 and a 4 speed. Should have kept it.

 

How's this coming along...or are you still waiting on the load of parts?
