hard bag flying off.

Has anyone had the problem of losing the top of your hard bags? I have a 1988 FLSTC and I have on her, is a 1982 FLH hard bags, the way they lock, sucks! I have lost 2 tops so far and would like not to lose no more. I've seen some hydraulics for them and heard about some type of magnet to hold them down. I like the idea of the magnets. Any suggestions will help. Thanks!

I did have a problem with one bag opening. I have not had that happen, but I nom keep the bags locked. I had HD make locks that fit my ignition key. I think is was about $60. Before I had HD make the locks, I did go to several locksmiths and none of the them would touch the locks to make keys.
