Since I found several different ones listed on JpCycles and elsewhere...

I am mostly trying to figure out what range of years of softails this is supposed to fit, manufacturer would be cool too...

will help me when/if I need to replace it at some point...

came off a 2008 special construction with a all s&s evolution style engine, definitely not a twin cam engine, 3 in belt drive that looks like a BDL but has no markings on it that I can find...

I think the frame is a kraft tech 180/200 softail...

I have a clean & clear title, but no build sheet, so I am trying to ferret out what I have with minimal dis-assembly at this point...
