Im getting some for my fatboy...7" riser, i think 6" pullback, and 31" wide. Now here's my thing...I like the comfort of my factory bars but ive always loved the look of the drags...does anybody here have the drag bars on their fatboy and how do they feel compared to the original bars. Do they make you reach farther forward?
Sorry, i know youve heard this all before but i put in my order today for everything else and my parts suppose to be here very soon and i want to get this done as soon as possible so i can get out and ride.
I have 8.5" pullbacks, theydefinitely have a different feel than stock.
When I first installed mine, I felt like I had more control if that makes sense.
Yeah, that does make sense. I had them onanother bike and liked them very much. i just wondered if they change your riding position much, as far as making you lean forward more.
Sharp bike ya got chops!
Drag bars area great way to gain additional control of the bike..
These Carlini supersweeps have 9" rise any lower and it won't clear the tank on pullback.
The grips come to rest right where your hands feel comfortable.
ozzy If you stay with a 7 inch rise like that of the streetslammer that hd sells you are ok with the stock cables on the 07 standard. Any higher and you will have to replace the brake line and throttle cables as well Wild 1 and carlini make great bars
