Default Anyone use Sharkhide Metal Protectant?

I was watching weekend show where they fix boats and they had an ad for a product called sharkhide and it is a metal protectant that goes on clear and dries and leaves a surface protector on the metal. It seems to work awesome and the website shows amazing photos of metal that is exposed to all kinds of water and abuse and it looks new. It is supposed to last for years and is also being used in automotive industry and also on motorcycles. So my question is has anyone used this product and did it work? I am wanting to use it for spoke wheels primarily.

I also looked into this product last year when I was looking for something to put on my wheels so I could ride in the winter and not worry about salt. It is very expensive. I also looked at another product, but I'm at the office so I don't have that name right now - it was a bit cheaper.
What I have used for years and worked great - and cheap - is S100 Corrosion Protectant. Doesn't last for years, but one app lasted for a winter - then just wash off with S100 cleaner in the spring.

Thanks and I have been using the S100 corrosion protectant so far I was just intrigued by this product because it dries so dust and dirt wont stick to it. And they claim it will last about 8 years on a motorcycle. It is pricey that is why I was wanting some feedback before making a purchase.

I couldn't find any users either, so if you do decide on getting it, keep us informed.
Good luck.

I've used it on my boat and in a enclosed shower steam room I built. It works awesome but spendy and hard to find. Don't know why I never tried it on my bike but most everything on them is painted or chromed. I did just pick up a Crossbones that has some polished aluminum so might be a good use for it there. On the aluminum and fiberglass on the boat it's kept it clean for the last two years sense application and that's a salt water rig. Our water isn't as salty as lower 48 water but still pretty tough on equ. On can it says for protecting Alum., copper, brass, steel, fiberglass, as well as some painted surfaces.
