OK, So I'm just now getting my new Breakout home and starting to take a look around.
Silly question. Pulled the seat off to install a float charger pigtail and the first thing I notice is the battery just rattles around, nothing holding it in place.

Is this normal?

Congrats on the new bike. Answer to the question is yes on the battery. Call it space for cooling :-)
Hello, I feel like I am now qualified to contribute to this thread I have been watching for quite a while. Yesterday I picked up my new 2014 Black Breakout. Thought I would share a couple of pics.
I had it delivered with :
Freedom Performance Radius pipes(black)
SE Chisel Extreme Billet air cleaner(black)
SE pro super tuner
Harley Tribal mirrors(black)
Harley 3" forward control extensions
This is my first Harley and it has been great seeing what all you fellas have been doing with your bikes.

i'm extremely jealous of your forward control extensions. i'm a tall guy...this is going to be a must in the very near future.
I'd like to fit new header pipes (sans catalytic convertors) and retain my SE slip-ons. Anyone know of an outfit that markets aftermarket headers for the BO or is my only option to cut the cats out of the OE headers?

Yeah, for sure. I am only 5'9" but I think it's one of the best mods I have done in terms of riding enjoyment. The Harley ones look similar to the Arlen Ness.
