Just a tip... the further back the end of the pipes are,, the better or less noise Ur ears will get.
Ringing ears 24-7 is not fun when U get older and end up having tinnitus as I have from riding 47yrs with loud pipes and working in a Factory.
Another thing that will help save your ears is Ear plugs, I use a simple ear plug in my right ear all the time and both ears on long trips with my Stock headers and Rush 2'' slip-ons.
Wind noise is another issue that can cause ear damage that most riders don't think about.
So ear plugs will help with that also.
You've got to put a stake in the ground at some point. You've got to live with the choice so you should be the one to make it. Your top three are all good choices and if you already know what they all sound like, go for it.
I have V&H Longshots and like them, but a friend has BUBS on his Deluxe and I gotta say they sound as good or better than mine and they are priced less than V&H. If buy another bike I'll buy BUBS. JMO
I am in the same boat as you Sean. I just put slip-ons on for the summer before I could decide on what exhaust. Everyone is running V&H Big Radius and I want something different.
