Thanks for your reply! That's exactly the Bullet Headlight on my wish list. Thanks to your pics I now know what it would look like. I think there are actually two different mounting kits available. One with a short "arm" #68595-06 and one with a longer "arm" #69611-06.
Which one was on your headlight, the shorter one? On the pics it rather looks like 69611-06.
I'd say longer one. If I remember well they say that proper one was the shorter but I found the longer already mounted on the preowned headlight and it fitted perfectly anyway. Never seen another BO with same headlight, I saw some billet headlight used on this bike... EagleRay maybe we are more original!

I totally agree with you! Take a look at the billet air cleaner cover too. It's one of the parts I prefer. Quite unusual for BO but I don't like breathers and when it's raining I don't need the "sock" since the upper part is closed and protected. Dual intake provides a good airflow and nice performance.

I ordered the SE Ventilator Performance A/C in black. I don't like the Heavy Breathers as they look like a misplaced snorkel. IMO they are quite exposed, too. Plus I happen to have long legs so I needed something with a very thin profile while granting plenty of air flow. That's why I chose the Ventilator.

Ventilator is a nice one too! I like the shape and how it fits BO!
the breakout is a great bike. Your will just be a bit better than most when done.
You're right, but you know, sometimes you can reach satisfaction with small details and feel the bike more personal. Isn't it the inner sense of customizing a bike?

A little update to this thread! Finally I managed to have V&H Big Shots Staggered, chrome turn signal, billet headlight shell, Daymaker, inner primary cover, Stealth grips, billet shift lever and chrome AC backplate mounted!
Billet rear brake lever still on backorder. Sorry for the poor quality of pics, I'll make better pics soon!
