Your HD parts catalog will describe all the parts or changes needed. I find you have to read it a couple of times to figure out install. My heritage is same frame. Your tail lights are mounted different. If you change checkout the delux tail lights which are a cool look, but they mount under the license plate. I ripped the ugly bar lights & went with these.

yes if you install a detachable sissy bar you do need to relocate the turn signals. it isn't as much of a relocation as it is changing how they are mounted so the sissy bar cams have room to be mounted. a word of advice from my experience last year. if you buy the chrome cams and the chrome locks you will only need one of each to attach the sissy bar. i bought the locks before the chrome cams. of the pair of locks only one of the two you will buy will be used. it's not designed for both locks to be used at once which was what i thought i was getting. i was pretty pissed to only used one for what they cost and let the other sit in a package like the chrome non locking cam.

If you modify the mount for the sissybar you do not need to relocate your turn signals. It is much simpler to grind a bit off of the mount then it is to relocate/cutting wires. here is a pic of where to grind. Many here has done this and there has not been any problems with modifying it. You will not lose any structural integrity.
