About a month or two ago I had seen on here these mirrors a guy used when he went to apes. These mirrors did not sit above or below the bars though, they were inline with the bars and somewhat smaller than most mirrors. I can't remember the name of the thread to look them up and I tried Googling it but again I came up short.
Since I went with all internals, lines and hoses I would like to see if I can get a set of these mirrors and see if that cleans the front end up even more so then it is now. Does anyone recall seeing these pictures or the name of the thread? Does anyone know of where or who has seen these mirrors anyplace online or in person? Does anyone know of a site I can go to see them and possibly order a set? Thanks in advance for your time and trouble in answering me IF you know what I am talking about or where I can go to see a set of them?
Hey, thank's Dude!! I am at work right now and they have that surf blocked and I can't look at that right now for some odd reason but when I get home I will sign on and look at what you sent me.
Yup, bar ends are what you're looking for. Lots of different ones out there.
You mentioned you went all internal, if you're running an internal throttle you probably won't be able to use the bar ends. They require that you drill out the end of the grip so that the mounting expansion anchor can be inserted into the end of the bar. Since the internal throttle assembly is the end of the bar, and it rotates, then the mirror will rotate with your throttle.
Well jreichart, I did go all internal, Exile internal throttle and if that is the case then yes, I can't use those mirrors. Thanks for your time and input, It saved me a wild goose chase!!
