I've got a question to go along with all this I changed mine out on my 06 train they have no play but the poly smushed out the sides is that a good sign and should there be some play in the bushings cause mine is rock solid I'm about to change the bars out and I'm getting the alloy art bushings this time just wanted to know if the poly smushing out is good and should there be some play in the bars thanks.

I don't think it would be an issue. I torqued mine to the correct specs and the bottom is smushed. It's rock solid though.
