Does anyone have any knowledge about putting hd forward controls on a 2008 fatboy. Is it difficult or is it as easy as I think it might be. Any help is appreciated. Thanx Lboydsr

 

It is not a hard job if you are good at working with your hands. you need to change the foot pedals, rear master cyl bleed the brakes and possably the kickstand. You can buy a kit from HD that comes with all the parts and instructions

You will need a stand or another way to hold the bike upright, as you'll be removing the jiffy stand for the shift side to relocate the peg arm.
I used ratchet straps around my bars, tied off to anchors in my garage.
