lots of good oils Mobil1 Amsoil Redline Spectro are some of the ones I would recommend

Amsoil ONLY. 20/50 in the motor and primary and 75/90 gear lube in the tranny.

Redline in my bike Amsoil in the wifes bike. which is better? my bike has 51k miles on it and the wives bike only has 15k. In this government test Redline is better. LOL
Oil beats no oil everytime!!!

I use Mobil 1 15/50 in the engine($22.99 for a 5 quart jug at Walmart) amsoil 20/50 in the primary and amsoil severe gear in the tranny...............

I've read and read and read about this topic. I'm getting ready to change all three holes on my 08 deluxe and I'm stumped on what to put back in it... mobil 1 20/50 syn for the motor no problem but the primary and trans I'm lost. Can I run that 20/50 in all three with no problems? Or just run hd syn3

Yes you can run 20/50 in all 3 holes but why? They make Tranny oil or gear oil for a reason though. Also, only Syn oil too. This is a very passionate topic but Syn oil is by far superior to Dino oil, period. Also, oil is oil. It's made and cracked the same no mater who's name is on the bottle. What sets one oil apart form all the others is it's additive package and in my opinion Amsoil has the best additive package on the market today. Go to google and type in anything you can think of related to oil and start reading about oils and there additive packages. There is a ton of information out there.
