Default Wheel bearings

Can i put 3/4" bearings on a Wheel from a 2008 that have 25mm bearings?

I don't see why not. I put 25mm bearings in a wheel made for 3/4. I had to do some shopping around to find bearings the proper size. Just find a bearing with the proper ID/OD, and you should be good to go. You may also have to rework your spacers, depending on the width of the bearing.

The bearing will fit the wheel but the wheel may not fit on the bike.
I got an '08 wheel and swapped out the bearings to fit my '07 but the wheel didn't line up. This is on a FXST.

That's where the spacer work comes in. I had to shave the one on the caliper side down some, then order another for the other side, and shave some off of it as well. Bike was a 08 FXSTC.
