Fyi; HCC told me when I was shopping for bars, that they could put together a package using pretty much any set of bars I wanted.

Just used NAMZ's wire kit. Could not have been any easier.

So do you think they would be able to setup some Carlini gangster apes for me?? I'm tryng to find a way to get most of the stuff in one place if that's possible.

Food for thought. Have you ever considered going with all internal wiring and controls? It cleans up the front end very nicely. I have the 14" Gangsters and love them. I don't know about a 3" riser though. IMHO, the bars should be mounted as close to the tree's as possible. I have been told that the taller the risers the more play you get in the bars.

+1 If you want 19-20" high, get 18" tall bars. 2" riser would prob be the max, 1.5" would be optimum. Apes have a strange look if they aren't tight to the tree, IMO.
