Is it possible to put foot boards on a Softail Breakout? I know they have forward controls on them, but I was wondering if that is possible?

Yup, just need to buy all the parts. You will need the brackets the boards mount to, the boards themselves, new brake and shift arms, and maybe a new kickstand. I am not sure of that one yet. I considered doing it on mine, but for all new parts with billet arms and diamond cut shift peg and brake pedal, it was like $700. Just not sure I want to drop that kind of $ yet.

Sounds about right for the parts cost. That's not with labor right?

Wouldn't these work (or something like them)?

Sure we can do that... all it takes is Time and Money....

We used to say that at Work all the time, After the engineers screwed up and wanted something else that would work..

For sure, but it would likely look absolutely terrible, and the boards would stick out too far.

My thoughts as well...considered floorboard options over the winter, but then I realized a drag bike doesn't have floorboards.

The only thing stopping me from floorboards right now is the fact that I think I will drag the **** out of them everywhere I go. I ride my bike slammed, and it is bad enough as is. My pedals even have more clearance than the stock pegs and I still catch them. The bottom of the primary and the exhaust aren't safe either.
