Question Rear fender wiring conduit question...

Hey forum, I am in the middle of changing out my rear fender on my 06 Fatboy. Inside the fender is where all the wiring is for the rear tail light, signals and license plate light. They are inside of this conduit rubber casing. I pulled the whole conduit out of the old fender as a unit to install it in the new fender. My question is what type of adhesive should I use to adhere this rubber conduit to the inside of the new fender? Thanks in advance for any replies...

if you get a fender designed for your scoot it will come with the tabs to install the harness back into the fender ..

thats if you get a decent one , most rear fenders i have purchased for other scoots have the tabs in there .. just dd my buddies 99 fatboy and his new fender came with the tabs mounted already in it as well

I bought a brand new one from Harley when I swapped a fender in the past they come with what appears to be 3M double sided tape. The same stuff used to hold rain visors and bug shields on trucks. Just make sure you clean the underside of the fender real well before applying.
Now on my current rear fender I had the painter apply undercoating under the fender to help with rock chips so the surface was to bumpy for the tape to adhere so I used a two part epoxy.

The new fender comes with the small clip but not the conduit. Is there a special brand or type of two part epoxy I should use ? Thanks for replying...

3M double-sided tape as suggested.
When I added a Custom Dynamics brake light to my Slim, I put it where the center rear reflector was - except I has to remove and re-install the bracket further up into the fender.
I already had a "wiring channel" built into the underside of the fender (that bracket also served to hold the optional license plate relocation kit if I ever go that route)

I used 3M automotive double-faced tape to hold the reflector bracket back in place, and for a little insurance, I applied a generous bead of Permatex black all around too - I even put a few "welds" along the wiring up through the fender too, just to keep in from moving within that channel ..it hasn't budged in a year...
