I have an 06 Softail Standard of the FL variety, i.e., FLST. I believe they only made it for one year. It's true I didn't want to spend any more than I had to on a new bike, but I also like the looks of the silver engine & black oil tank. Reminds me of the 62 Pan I used to have. Like to keep it simple with just a few personal touches. Attached pic is from last year. Just got the bike painted with a 1956 Harley color called Atomic blue.
