Need help - 70900100b speedo toggle between MPH and km/h
So I was about to go on a ride on the first really nice day with minimal winds here in Montana, when my bike started acting up (V&H FP3 problem...somewhat fixed now). However, now my Combination Speedometer & Tachometer reads KM/H instead of MPH. Instructions I kept for it don't help. It supposed to "easily toggle", but I don't know how to do it! Google didn't help either.
Your user name is rather interesting. Your avatar provides some clarity. Although, I'd much rather call you D-Bag... just kidding and welcome to the forum.
I searched the HD Online Store for the part number you listed but it did not locate a part. So, hopefully information from the link will provide a solution for you. The most helpful advice was:
... have the bike in "run", then (in odometer mode) hold down on the toggle switch and in about 5 seconds it will cycle from one to the other and back again.

Good luck.
Thanks! It worked! BTW, first name starts w A and first three letters of last name are Hol. Nickname that stuck since college and 17 years in USAF.
I had the same trouble with 2013 softail heritage, read your post and easily fixed.
Thanks for the info, now I've joined the forum I'm sure I'll be reading many more of your helpful posts.
