deuce front brake switch
Put some new parts on this weekend and noticed my brake light was stuck on. After searching this site I realized I lost the clip that keeps the lever from touching the switch. Got the new clip. Problem is now I cant figure out how it goes back in.
Does anyone have a diagram showing this? I cant find it anywhere.

If I'm correct in my thinking, you lost the spring that goes between the switch and the housing. A little V shaped piece of spring steel.
Just slide the switch into place and then follow with the spring. It is actually a pretty crude set-up, but it works.
