Unhappy Apes or beach bars on heritage springer??

Hey guys. Can't make up my mind whether I should go w apes on the heritage springer or leave the beach bars? The beach bars are comfy but I loved the 16" apes on my road king. I'm 5'9 and if I go w apes, what size w the stock 3" risers should I go with to be comfortable? I've looked until I can't make up my mind. If I go we apes , I'm not sure what size I need. I like the looks of wild on 12.5" chubby but don't want to go too low or too high. I've measured until I can't decide. Any input would be great.

Well, if it were me, and I was comfortable with what's on the bike, I'd stay with what's on the bike. Unless you like the look of the apes? I have 12" mini apes & a 4" riser on my FB and I no longer get a pain in my neck/shoulder area. Hands are just about the same height, maybe a tad lower, than my shoulders with this set up.

Looks wise I would love to have that scoot with beach bars. Hell, I'd love to have that scoot with any bars.

If the beach bars are comfortable, keep them.

I got Bikini Beach Bars on my 02 Springer. Get a slight left shoulder ache after an hour or so, but I get a right shoulder ache on my Heritage Classic with stock bars. Go figure.

It is your bike, what do you value most, looks or comfort and let that be your guide.
