Default Is there a quick detach rear seat?

Extra bonus points if it has a backrest. It doesn't have to be HD brand.

My ride is currently setup solo and I won't have access to my stock passenger pillion until November.

Those suction cup ones are "for cosmetic use only."

I have a Mustang Wide Tripper Solo with backrest, with a rear seat that takes about 30 seconds to install when I have a passenger. The front edge has slots that engage with the two special nuts that hold the solo seat in place, and then there's a tab at the back that uses the stock two-up captive nut & bolt.

Passenger backrest I have an H-D detachable sissy bar.

I ran with one of these for a season on my Sporty and it never came loose or damaged the rear fender with a 125 pound girl on the back.
