Rear wheel removal

Hello to all.Can the rear wheel be removed & replaced with out touching the belt adjusters? Can the axle be manhandled out & in? What if I drop the shock. thanks, tom

Did you check the do it your self section? Lots of killer info there.

Just pull the axle out. No need to touch the belt adjusters.

It takes a little tugging but I've pulled a few out without messing with the adjusters.

You can do it, but why would you? Any time you remove a rear tire you should do an alignment and belt tension adjustment when you go back on.
