Thanks for all the advice and info. I have used the PC-III and PC-V in my bikes in the past and always work great. According to Dynojet the PC-V is not recommended for the Rocker and Crossbones! They don't explain why.
I like the Powervision and seems like the way to go too bad is so expensive!

Weird, it is the exact same motor across all Softails.....maybe it has to do with the fact you dont have a proper "seat" to hide it under?

The going rate for the Power Vision PV-2 or PV-2B ("B" for "black finish") on eBay is about $408 right now. That's not THAT much more than a Power Commander.
Another good thing of the PowerVision is easier to install that the PC-V. The Rocker and Crossbones share the same type of seat arrangements. not really to much space for a PC-V.
and yes..I like to rev my bikes hard. I really need a tachometer and the ones from HD integrated with the speedo are almost as expensive as the PowerVision..
I have a 2014 breakout with the same pipes and had that sound too and harley re-flashed it with the stage 1 so I don't think it is fuel. Those pipes are just so loud that they make the decel popping even louder. I custom bent some regular 14" drag baffles and wrapped them. It's still loud but has a good deep sound but kind of tamed them a little and it pops less now.
A Bubble or Gurgle sound on decell is not a sign of a problem.
Its been beaten to death in here about decell Popping for yrs and it still debateable if its too rich or too Lean that causes it. About 50% say its too Rich, and 50% say it too lean..??
Without a tuner that can be adjusted to Tune you bike its hard to get the Bubbling and Gurgle out.
If you getting a BOOM like a Gun going off, then thats another story.
I've add cams, SERT, and dyno and on lower RPMs decells I still get a Gurgle.
But when I let off above 2500 or so then I get the Semi's (Jake Brake) sound.
So most times with stg1 you just can't' get your your exhaust act like your stock setup on decell.

.
even the stock exhaust will bubble on decel you just dont hear it as it much because the pipes are so quiet.. Slip-on mufflers just magnify what is already there.
