Default Minor Vibration

I have a very minor vibration felt mostly on my footboards. I recently replaced my main shaft bearings etc. It is there when I rev the engine even with the clutch disengaged. I failed to check the primary chain alignment when I put it back together. I'm wondering is a slight misalignment of the primary chain could be the culprit. Any feedback? Thanks.

What model do you ride? What exhaust do you have?

It's a 2005 Heritage Softail that I have put 84,000 miles on it. The vibration is a recent development. Screamin Eagle exhaust that has been on it from the beginning. Have to believe it is associated with my recent repairs, and the chain alignment is the only step I "glossed" over. Fortunately it will be easy to verify once I have a few minutes the pull the cover.
