Default Missing FXCW/C!! Help/Suggestion Needed

Guys sorry for this long post...
Pls read and help me locating this Son Of a gun from North side of Houston town. In need of dire help from riding brothers up in North side of Houston (spring/Humble/Woodlands the whole North corridor of H-town).

I took my bike to a motorcycle shop 'Sho Me Coatings & Fabrications' which was located in Humble,TX.
The guy is a trained mechanic on V-Twin and he also has an in-house powder coating shop. He goes by the name Mike Robbins.
I pretty much stripped my bike to bare frame and started powder coating it. In this process I started changing out the whole bike and purchased tons of parts ranging from PM wheels/PM pulleys/ PM calipers/Bassani Exhaust/Joker M/c stuff/Dakota Digital speedo/heartland biker/ and tons of other stuff

I left my bike at this guy's shop around Mid of March and slowly the powder coating started happening and I also was getting parts and shipping it to his address in Humble,TX

By profession i'm a Sr.Networking Engineer who travels all over the country
At this moment I'm currently put in West Virginia and next week in Knoxville and then I'm going to Houston the week after...

This shop owner last week texted me saying he is moving to SPRING,TX as his rent is too high in Humble,TX and he said he will text me his new address once he moves so I could pick up my motorcycle.I told him that i'm returning back to Houston on 27th and will pick up.

Now it's been more than a week and i'm trying to call him (his number rings but he disconnects my phone) I have tried texting him many times but he does not reply me back to my text.
I have emailed him but he does not respond to my mail.

Pls tell me whether am I getting Paranoid or what I should do at this situation?
I've never been in such situation that I really dont know what do I need to do legally?
Pls help

What are my legal options that I need to proceed with...
1.Do I go to cops first and file a complaint that he is not responding?
2.Do I talk to insurance and ask them to find out?
3.Do I do both of the above at the same time?

I really do want my bike because of the amount of parts that was shipped to his store which will easily be around 6k-7k Not sure if I file a claim with insurance whether i'll be able to get all this back...

Sounds like ya need to take some time off work and handle your business. First thing is go to the old shop and see what's up. He going to be registered with the city/town for taxes and business licenses. I'm sure he's used vendors. Find out who leased the building and get his information. Then call your local law enforcement and speak to a detective in property crimes because they're going to be the ones that are going to deem a crime has been committed or its a civil matter.

@jmoran85
Do you know where Mike is now?
Sho Me Coatings store has been closed down..I went there last week...The owner has put a legal notice on the door of him not paying rent and running away...
I got text message from him almost 5 weeks ago saying he has filed for bankruptcy after that he has switched off his cellphone service, so no way to find him where he his been hiding...
He gave me the bike in parts at FM926 & Falfel Ave in spring texass at a CVS pharmacy parking lot...I was so in distress that I took a rental truck and picked it up...later on came to know that there are tons of parts missing and those are the most important parts
Forks,primary,transmission,battery,headlight etc....
I've filed claim with my insurance Geico and trust me it is a nightmare that i'm going through currently

My suggestion:
If you see him pls tell him, i've reported him to insurance its a matter of time they are gonna come & get him for partial theft of my property..
If I were you, don't go to him or if you go to him pls let me know where he stays (one biker helping another one) as it will be helpful for my case

Need some riders help here where to find it cheaper parts especially Transmission.

I've been talking with Geico insurance for almost a month and have furnished all the evidence of the missing parts of the bike (such as text message between me & the concerned person, email, photos etc...)
Geico asked me to file a police complaint for partial theft of property.,in turn I called Houston Police Dept and they told me categorically that since it is not criminal offense they cannot file a police complaint..
I'm literally stuck here with missing bike parts & no insurance claim..

How & where can I buy transmission entire assembly & primary for a lesser price. I've tried ebay and no one is selling the entire assembly (6-speed)

any suggestions/inputs would be of great help

First off, I hope this **** catches up with him, it's one thing to fold a business but it's a different thing to **** people out of their stuff in the process.

As for where to get the remaining parts to your bike, if it were me I'd try to snag a whole wrecked bike and try to salvage most of what you're missing, then piece together the rest. There's various sites that do that, i think one is called something like wrecked toys.com, and maybe copart has a motorcycle section too. Just a thought.

Edit: here's a '09 rocker c on copart in tx, estimated sale date of 9/9: http://www.copart.com/c2/homeSearch.html?_eventId=getLot&execution=e2s1&lot Id=23339594&returnPage=SEARCH_RESULTS

thanks for the link, let me call them up tomorrow..
On another note..Is the transmission assembly/primary specific to rocker or can I buy any 6-speed transmission assembly and primary from softail family and will it bolt right on to the engine?

Someone more knowledgable please feel free to correct me, but I think staying within your year bracket ('00-'06 or '07+) is your best bet for fitment of all parts... Rocker c or other softail, truthfully I'm not sure.
