I had bought a solo bag from a forum member made by bad&g customs. A year later I ordered the bag for the other side, sent Greg a pic, and it came in an exact match.
Those bags are not the same color. Send them the pic you posted and see if they make it right for you.
Don't screw around with it. Return it and dispute the charge.
Bitch is, I didn't buy it through their ebay store, I gave them my cc number over the phone to order it so I am not even sure I could get around the charge even if I wanted to.
I agree 100% and I am well aware of "matching" or getting it to where YOU want it to be. As for preference and color, I think your bag matches your bike better than the seat does!!!
Oh well, good luck Dude and let us know how this plays out. If you want your bag black take it to a local leather shop and see if they can help you out if you don't get any results from this vendor.

If you are unable to return it, go for a ride to a local leather shop and see what they think. Maybe they can color match for a reasonable price.
After exchanging several emails they are resolving the issue to my satisfaction by making the bag black. This way it will match my bike and probably weather better over the long run, anyway.
I am very happy that they ended up working this out.
Sucks you have to settle, although it seem all is good with the final outcome. I may have a touch of OCD as well but if I pay good money, I like my stuff to come out the way I ordered it. I know at my place of work we go above and beyond to make the customer happy, and i expect the same when I'm the customer.

Black will look good on your bike. Maybe even better then brown.
They do not match but they look nice as is... too much matching and you may get too tackie, the color of the tank is different than the seat so is the bag ... what are you planning for the rear fender ?
