Default Fork tubes are turning while riding...?

06 night train, you know the details.

I have Joker Machine front amber turns that are installed on the fork tubes. Required taking off the triple tree for installation.
My RIGHT fork tube rotates clockwise while riding and vibrating. Only the right side does this. I can assure you its not the blinker that is moving. I cannot get the fork nut on top any tighter than what it is. After riding hard the right blinker is pretty much facing all the way to the right, pretty much 90* from forward. I can literally grab the fork tube above the blinker and below the bottom triple tree clamp and twist it back as tight as I can. Now matter how tight i squeeze and turn it, it always moves again. Is something wrong with the forks, or is the top fork nut just not tight enough. I can remember this happening since they were installed. Makes me want to go to a different front blinker setup, its quite annoying at this point.
Photos attached for reference.

Check your pinch bolt - sounds like it isn't torqued enough...

..and if you want to be sure it's not the blinker that's turning add a small piece of masking tape to both the tube and the blinker, then draw a line across both with a sharpie.
If either moves the lines will no longer line up...

Its fact that the tubes are moving not the blinker.
Pinch bolts are on the bottom arent they, below the axle?

It's the pinch bolts that need to be tightened. The nut on top is your fork oil seal. Also holds the tube in.

I know it's been said before but get a manual

Pinch bolt for the forks is on the lower half of the triple trees. Usually the part your headlight mounts to.

Just google image harley fork pinch bolt

Yep, pinch bolt is on the bottom triple tree right where the fork passes through it. Sounds like it needs to be tightened. First though, I'd remove it to be sure it isn't broken before you tighten it down. They do have a history of snapping off inside. I've seen it a few times and read about it on here as well.
