I currently just purchased a pop up vented flush mount gas cap which I installed on the right side of my tank. Since I installed the new HD speedo/tach which includes a gas gauge, I do not have a need for the big stock gas cap on the left side. I'm looking for a matching pop up cap that would install on the left side of the tank similar to the one I have on the right. It looks like the threads are different on the left than they are on the right. Any advice would be appreciated.
This should do the trick. There is a set that comes with both for an exact match but I cant find the set right now. This is what I went with and it worked out good.
