With security, does the key light go out?

The other problem I have seen is water getting into the console ignition switch and causing major headaches. When you push the start button, do the dash lights go out? If so the button is working and the problem is down stream. If you have a way to test, check to see if you have good power at the starter lug and the small starter terminal when you push the start button

I ended up taking it into Mancuso, it's still under warranty. I was just hoping that I could figure it out myself and not have to load it on a trailer.

I apreciate the suggestions and ideas.

I'll post an update when I find out what the problem is or was...

Got a call today from the dealership (Mancuso Central in Houston), there was a short in the right hand controls and it was covered by the extended warranty. Should have it back by the w/e.
