I'm considering going to a set of wheels rather than the laced spokes that are on my Heritage, currently. I've not been able to find very many photos of Heritages with wheels. How about posting up some of your Heritage with after market wheels. Thanks in advance.
FBC, I like the look of the HD nine spoke on your Heritage and that may very well be the wheels I end up putting on my Heritage. Afrey1967 , I spent way too much time slobbering over the photos on HogPro's site.
It's gonna be a couple of months b/4 I put the funds together to purchase wheels, so if anyone else has a Heritage with aftermarket wheels please feel free to post them. There's not nearly enough photos of Harley's very best in this section (and that includes the photo section).
If you like the spokes you can get the smooth wheel package for the Heritage. Spokes with tubeless Tires. I won't run a tubed tire ever again. They are chrome and keep the old school look of the bike.Although I really like those nine spoke rims......Dammmm more money
Wait, so the stock wheels have tubes but the smooth ones don't....wow. I wonder why there would be a difference.
Also, @ten, slightly off topic, I love the color of your ride, and I must say the white walls look terrific....I've got the exact same bike, but came with black walls.
The benefit of the Harley ones is they are much cheaper than most custom wheels I have seen. Admittedly, there are much nicer looking wheels out there with more radical designs, but I can't afford that much money. These wheels were less than $2000 for the pair, total including tax and installation. If money were only of no concern for me... lol
