Quick... Will this fit?

Will a seat from a Softail Springer fit a Fatboy? I'm not sure on the year of the Springer yet, but assuming it is a 2000-up, will it work?

not sure if the year works the same as now, but im pretty sure the newer models would work so i think so

i realize thats not very helpfull.
