I just put a set of the Shinko 777's on and did a three day West Virginia ride 1100 miles in three days. On the ride home the last 150 miles was the worst rain storms I have ever ridin in, these tires did incredible in the rain, I was able to do 45 in the very heavy down pours and 60-65 in moderate rain never a squirm or slide. I also found the dry grip to be incredible, much better than the Scorchers that came from the factory. I paid $241 shipped to my door, that included tires, tubes, the rubber strips that go on the rims and ride on balancing liquid. When I got home I was down about 2/32, they won't last super long but they stick in the corners really good.

i've used them on older sport bikes ive had and they were decent, but on my nice bikes i rode more aggressively i used better tires... ive never used them on a harley...
Great tires and can't beat the price! I ran them on my Night Train. Only reason I didn't replace the rear with the same is I wanted to try the Michelin Commander II.
I don't go discount on a lot of things, tires being one. The hospital bill alone will cost you way more than you would have spent on those "expensive tires". That being said, even the best tires can fail……...
