I just put Commander IIs on my Slim and she loves the new shoes!
I suspect most aftermarket tires beat out the stock Dunlops. Didn't know what I was missing.
The front's still the original. The rear is a Commander, same as yours. Gotta say, I really like the handling and road presence, and will replace both with Commanders next time around.
As I've said before, I'm hard on tires - got about 4800 on the stock rear before it was a racing slick. This one will probably last me to 11k or more, unless it just starts wearing. Not sure if the front will make it that long. Been sidelined by life nuisance stuff, and when I have been out, I've been riding the Road King a lot lately due to passenger and cargo needs.
At any rate, the tire's sweet. Changing out both front and back on my OL's Lo from 880s to Commanders next time around, too - think they'll be superior.
