back home....fat boy question

Default back home....fat boy question
WELL..after about a 3 year hiatus riding Triumphs and Victory I have come back to my senses and yesterday got a new Fat Boy. Let the mods begin!!!
My first question is about risers. I was told that I can only add about 1" without having to change cables. any comments or insights would be welcome...

4 inch curved pullback risers work fine with the stock cables.

thanks. is this on a 2014? Reason I ask is I heard HD shortened the clutch (I think) cable a few years back!

Ah, good question. For what it's worth mines a 2012.

Just did the exact risers on my 2013....stock cables
