Default 23" Breakout front wheel

What all would have to be changed to go to a 23" wheel on the front of the Breakout?

Raked trees. Probably 2 degrees.
You might be able to get away without them since you're only increasing the size of the front wheel by 2 inches which is what I did with my rocker c when I first got it.

I've been ridding with the stock front end and a 21 inch wheel (2 inches bigger than stock) for 6 years on my bike. Other than minor vibration at high speeds and having to muscle the front end at low speeds it's not too bad.

I finally got sick of all that (and tired of my wheels lol) so I'm changing my front end with raked HHI trees cause I still would like to run a 21 inch wheel up front.

If I where you I would purchase the 23 incher, run it with the stock front end around town and see how you like it. If you don't like it than just get the raked trees from HHI, only about $400 bucks.

It will fit with just spacing the fender higher or replacing it with one meant for a 23" wheel.

So additional rake is not necessary?

I have not done it to my bike, so I cannot comment on how it rides, but you do not need additional rake to bolt the wheel on.

I just spoke with a welder dude, he can easily weld a small extension on the stock fender mounts for $30 to make it work with the 23" no problem, sure beats paying big bucks for another fender
