FOR SALE: Harley Davidson Detachable Sideplates. P/N:53815-00 (chrome)
Fits '00-'07 FLSTC and '00-03 FLSTS models. Also fits '05-'07 FLST, FLSTSC models with Heritage Saddlebag P/N:90876-05. Requires seperate purchase of docking hardware kit and may require directional relocation kit.
Check the part number out in the Harley parts book to make sure they will work with your bike (So you dont end up having to sell them like me!!!)
Do your side plates have the notch in the bottom edge so they will clear the mounting studs for the sadddlebag mounts in a 2003 FLSTCI Softail Classic?
I bought these off a guy that was going to use them on a Fatboy, thinking they would fit. He told me he never used them (went a different direction with his bike), anyhow they look brand new to me?. The replacement reflectors are still in the bag, and it is all wrapped in the O.E.M. packaging. They are only the sideplates, no docking hardware, you have to buy that seperate, the kit I think costs $52CDN or something like that. I will get some pictures up tonite when I get home from work. I would definately rate them a 9/10 and that is being hard on them.......They retail in Canada for $139.00 plus tax....
Here are some pictures. The chrome is finger printed up in these pics (I know pathetic to lazy to clean them for the picture, but I couldnt find the windex, and it is more to show what they are)
