Fits '06-'07 FXST, FXSTB, FXSTC, FXSTS and '07 FLSTF, FXSTSSE models. Fits with all H-DŽ Passenger Footboard Kits. All models require Spacer Kit P/N 49352-00 if used with Original Equipment passenger footpegs. Spacer kit not required with Passenger Footboard Kits.

According to the fitment chart it doesn't fit but that can be because of the bags being in the way. I would try in on my 09 FLSTC but it's in the shop this week.

Im am sure it would fit my 2006 Deluxe and I need nothing else because I have the passanger floorboards. If it is mint I am willing to pay the 50 but I have never bought or sold anything on here so I do not know how it works. I don't want to bump the other guys out that were here 1st though. If this will not work for them put me on your list. Tony.
