I think the issue is these are not forward "controls" but forward control mounts.. if I am not mistaken... so you might explain how you would complete these things?

Anyhow, these are just the forward control brackets. If anyone is interested, it wouldn't be hard to find the other necessary components to replace footboard with forward controls, using these brackets.
I also have a shift lever and brake lever, and all mounting hardware for the brackets.
That leaves the buyer to purchase pegs (foot pegs, shifter and brake pedal) and the shift shaft lever that attaches to the front of the shift linkage (a $40 part).
The Harley kit for forwards for FL softails is $319, and only comes in black. Pegs are not included with it either.
This could be a cheap way for someone to add chrome forwards.
