Had it mounted on my 03 softail standard
Comes with everything pictured goes on pretty quick
One of the bike side mounts is missing one of the stock bolts was replaced with a black bolt never bothered me but easily replaced if it bothers you

No it has the serial number on it m874642
Approx size is from headlight cut out is about 18 3/8
The widest part at the is about 19 1/2
The top part is about 12 1/2 wide
It also has a stamp that says. 531rgrand
So I'm wondering if that could be the rio grand model ?
Looking in the Dennis Kirk catalog it does look like that model
The measurements are pretty close
