Just how awful of a performer is the Phantom pipe?
Have you considered fishing a couple of Thundermonster baffles up into the header pipes to try to regain some lost torque?
I may buy one next year just to change things up, and I love the way it looks.. I think it will look hot on my bike.

They are about as bad as any straight drag pipes your gonna find.
You get alot of the blatty sound between shifts too.
I took a piece of thread all and welded a huge washer on the end and drilled and mounted it as deep as I could get my hand into the tail section just to give it some back pressure.
It helped reduce some of the flat spot between shifts but it still has alot to be desired.
