That's right Lobo. Carlini supersweeps, 9" risers with 1.5" thick.
I'm very happy with them all around. Although I kind of wish I
put that little center piece to hide the wires in the first place. Now
I would have to lift the tank again to disconnect the wires.......
Take it from me, do it right away.[8D]
All the stock cables work well with those bars, and they are a little more stretched that the stock bars and that cover that they sell to cover the wires coming out of the bar is also a good idea
hey CC, how is the positioning of your bars compared to stock and can you use the stock cables? handlebars is one of the mods i'm planning for this winter. just wanna make sure i get it right the first time. i'm pretty comfortable with the stockers, but my shoulders get a little sore on really long trips, i'm a little too stretched out after a while. those carlini supersweeps look like they may be the ones to go with.

My new Diamondback cables are the same as stock. It's kind
of hard to say if the seating position is the same as stock since
I went from stock to drag bars then to the Carlinis. But I believe
they are very close since the cable length remained like stock.
Btw, the pullback on the Carlinis is 8.5 inches.
thanks CC i'm thinking i'm gonna go with those same bars. i do plan on upgrading the cables in the future, but wanna make sure i'm happy with the bars first. now i gotta go measure the pullback on my stockers. thanks again

If you get them. Make sure you get the 9" risers. The 5" and 7"
will touch the tank console. Also, get the Deuce handlebar bushings.
So you won't pop the chrome on the triple trees.
SG, awesome to be able to say you made a custom part for your ride. Especially if its some nice eye candy like your ac cover. My hats off to you and you should think about doing some side work like the others have said. It could help pay for other stuff you want and might not be able to make yourself. One question, where is the 2 of clubs. Was it left off on purpose?
