thats a custom made seat with inlaid sting ray with gold leaf on the sting ray the struts are capped with turn signals that I made from red polycarbonite and leds. the fender has been cut sliced rolled and shortened to get that look. the #1 is the rear tail/brake light thats flush with the fender. I just used a chop saw to cut the struts but you have to rechrome them after

That is the sharpest looking rear fender I've seen on a deuce! I like the fact that it looks stock but if you know deuces, it is obvious it is not. The biggest complaint I have about the Deuce is the Dang "duck bill" rear fender that sticks out all goofy looking if you take off the plate bracket. What was Harley thinking! I still think the the Deuce has the best lines off all the HD's to date. It just takes a little modification to get them there. I'm dying to do something with my rear fender. How much length did you take out of the fender? When you say sliced and rolled, what do you mean (maybe this is a stupid question)? How much did it cost to have your fender modified? I've been considering a Heartland kit but that will be a $3000 + project at least! Money is tight right now and I cant justify that kind of money to just change out a rear fender.

I did the fender, took hours and hours, you cant just cut lenght from the fender will bulge too much at top so you have to split the top by taking nout about an inch out of it roll the sides down weld in a piece of metal grind it all smooth and apply a coat of bondo to smooth everything out, all along fitting and refitting it on the bike to make sure it fits and looks good. if I were to do it again for somebody, which I wont, too much work!! I'd probably charge $1000, too much for most people to want to buy, if I were to do it over, I take a heartlands fender and modify that one,be less work. they just didn't have their fenders when I did thin one. its around 5 yrs old

Default Duece Pix! great Idea!

I love my deuce and would love to learn/hear more about this "legendary" Machine... If anyone has (((Ultimate))) Bragging info please share! Especially technical info compared to other bikes. My plan is to keep the Deuce close to its original design with minor changes to its aesthetics.... But would love to enhance its power... even though i received it in a stage 2!

In the mean time here is my 2002 FXSTD with Vance and Hines 2 into1 exhaust and stage 2 kit excellently tuned, by my the previous owner, who unfortunately has fibromyalga.

Now it is my duty to fully Live to Ride!

one cheap and easy mod is to take your front fender and slot the bolt holes so it lowers the fender closer to the tire. I've found that if you dont use a washer on the top bolt, and use allen head bolts, you can get the fender down pretty far, looks much better. dont let it rub!!
