What size front wheel is that? And is the back one stock?

stock rear and 21x3 or 3.5 up front. Im not 100% sure on the width of the wheel but the tire is a 120 70 21. It's a 60 spoke DNA.

I’m guessing the frnder csme off s low rider. Those come with the 21 I think

Front fender was cut and length was added to clear the 21. It sits real tight in the big tire.
