Is that a 21"x3.5" or 21"x3"? what size tire? what modifications did you have to do for it to work? could you still use your stock fender? who made the wheel?

Another quick update...just got my new custom seat from Shadetree Fabrications. Kyle did an awesome job! I decided to go with scissor springs instead of the stock springs. Like the look much better!
