My God, your wife and son are very very lucky to have made it thru that!!They must be living right!I cant imagine being right behind my wife and see that happen to her. Sometimes its just as wellI'm not carrying a gun cause I'd surely be behind bars if I had been in your shoes. Take care and know that folks are thinking about you.

All I can say is thank you God for watching over this family. He certainly has something great planned for their lives.

Well, I didn't make it to MBBW and tried to go 2 different times (work), was looking forward to that M&G. Well, IWILL bein Lake Lure this weekend.My buds have backed out and my seconds have backed out too so I'll be stag. I have beenon the phone trying to get the Geneva with no luck, left my name and number. Anyway Ishould be able to find somewere to stay from the list Amy put out if not at the Geneva. I'll be coming up Friday afternoon and will find ya'll I guess at the Geneva if I'm not staying there. Oh yea, my bike now has 12.5 apes now, not the drag bars.

heavymeatal......that number I posted last was the number the lady actually called me from so you might want to double check the phone number to the Geneva Inn. It could be a cell or something. I usually talk with them during the day with no problems at all. She did say she had 3 rooms left and as the weekend got her she could have several more open up. Make sure you say you are with the Hd fourm though or she will tell you they are full. You can tell her I told you to call.
I sent you a om with my cell number. I am not sure if my cell will work up there or not sinceI have only been there one time before. Sometimes in the Mtn area I have bad reception. just look for the pnk bike...I won't be far from it.

Amy, the number I have is getting the Geneva but their hours are 9 am - 9 pm, I didn't start calling til around 9:30 pm last night [:@]. I should be able to get them today, I'll start calling at 9. The message I kept getting when I went into reservations was they were assisting others and to leave a message and they'll call back. Anyway I should get them today and will let ya'll know. Thanks for the info .

Hey everyone. Y'all have a safe weekend. PaOutlaw and i wanted to go but He had to get back to the business. We drove through there last weekend and of course it was packed with every tourist this side of Texas!
We did see some bikes... it's funny.. you can definitely tell the difference between people who ride and the ones who trailer their toys .... but, to each their own...
At any rate... i'm sure it will be nicer this weekend, with all of the holiday crowd gone.

Was so lookin forward to this, the Ride portion is out for me at least, I was notified last night that we, the SC PGR, have a Mission here in Spartanburg that includes both Friday afternoon and Saturday. We lost a young Marine from here.[:@]I hope to be able to at least make it up for some of the after party, we'll see, anyway, Y'all ride SAFE!
